proposal will be provided for all projects agreed to by both
parties in advance of work. Price provided and agreed to will
not change unless an agreement for change or additional services
is provided and agreed to by both parties. eMarket Media, Inc.,
will not move forward with changes without an authorized consent
and agreement. |

Photo Retouch and Optimization |

upon services rendered and prior to uploading to owners site.
Once payment has cleared the site or changes will be uploaded
provided however payment is made during a holiday or eMarket
Media, Inc., is closed for vacation. |

Delinquent Storage Fee - If payment is not received
within one week of services rendered notification and invoice, a
delinquent storage fee equal to $20 per day each the account is
past due will be added to the final invoice. |
